Your first class is free. No joining fees. No lock-in contracts. Turn up 10 minutes before class starts. Wear comfortable training clothes. We provide all equipment.
Common Questions
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Fitness is built over time through consistent training. You will start slow and build endurance. Everyone has to start somewhere.
Do I need to bring a training partner?
No. You will partner with someone in class. Many students have met in class and are now great friends.
Is there a mix of men and women?
Yes. We pride ourselves on providing great training for both men and women.
How often should I train?
Two to three times per week is recommended. Four times is optimal. Consistency is the key.
Do I have to spar?
Only if you want to. Most people choose not to. If you would like to spar, you can participate after earning your first belt.
